住んでみたい未来のまちはどんなまち？　　みんなで想像してつくってみよう！

ワークショップでは、まず建築への興味を引き出します。そしてイメージする「ケンチク」を協力して作ることで、集中力や身体感覚、数学的な能力やコミュニケーション力、そしてアートやデザインの力を養うことをめざします。
STEAM教育の基礎の部分＝デザイン思考を体感して、子どもの可能性を大きく拓くことも。

今度の日曜日4/7に、神田神保町のこどもの本の専門店「ブックハウスカフェ」さんで、「ゆったり　たのしむ、朝のブックハウスカフェ」というイベントがあります。

But, things are not going smoothly. First, the items haven't arrived!!!! I had to contact multiple times, visit the office repeatedly, and finally, they arrived. As always, the delivery is slow, and there are many issues.

Day of departure to Nuremberg.
Due to a major strike on the German national railways, the direct train we had booked was cancelled.
After changing trains at several stations, we managed to reach Nuremberg!

Nuremberg Central Station after a year's absence.
Messe venue.
Inside, preparations are steadily underway.

Once again, we are surprised by the scale of the exhibition, the sheer scale and the dynamism of the each exhibition booths 😵.

Let’s get started ‘Architecture Play’ with the whole body!

When you try to make structure bigger than you are or structure that you can completely fit into, you inevitably use your whole body!

Children express themselves not only with their facial expressions, but also with the full use of their bodies,
and there is no hesitation in stretching out, lying down or sitting up.
Their bodies are moving, thinking only about what they want to create.

When doing Architecture Play with the cacapo, we tend to tiptoe, lie on our stomachs, sit flat on our backs and lie around.
Use your whole body to give form to what you imagine!

武蔵野アール・ブリュット展！

武蔵野市立吉祥寺美術館で開催中の「武蔵野アール・ブリュット展」でのカカポに、作品が展示されています！

カカポで組んだ巨大12面体のスペースの中で、ワークショップ参加者の方が作った、マステやシールなどでのコラージュ作品を、カカポの壁面に展示してあります。

作品もすてきだし、カカポも映える！

他のスペースの展示やワークショップも、よく見て体験すると、ほーっと、柔らかく感覚を刺激してくれます。
今回の展覧会のコンセプト「＋0.5プラスれいてんご」＝少しの変化、が心地よい。

Musashino Art Brut Exhibition!

A work is on display in the cacapo at the Musashino Art Brut Exhibition at the Musashino Municipal Museum of Art Kichijoji!

In the huge dodecahedral space assembled in the kakapo, collage works made by workshop participants using masti, stickers and other materials are displayed on the walls of the kakapo.

The artwork looks great and the cacapo looks great!

The exhibitions and workshops in the other spaces, when looked at and experienced closely, are also relaxing, soft and stimulating to the senses.
The concept of this exhibition "+0.5 plus retengo" = a little change, is pleasant.

カカポで高さ約180cmの直方体を6つ作り、
それを90cmの紙管で繋げた、12面体。
ひさびさの大きな建造物です。

この中でワークショップが行われて、作品展示もあるそう。

残暑お見舞い申し上げます。

ドイツの事務所に出張中です。
最高気温36度の東京から19度の街へ。

ドイツの事務所はデュッセルドルフという街にあります。
事務所の窓側の真ん前が駅なので、電車（トラム）が通ると乗っている人と目が合います😋

駅のホームからは、事務所の窓際にある「白鯨ーMOBY DICK」（社名）のバンド・デシネの本やカカポくんも見えます。

事務所の入っている建物は古い工場だったところで、レンガの壁に「1917」という文字と砲台のレリーフがあります。もしかして昔はアーセナル（武器庫）だったのかな。。

ドイツオフィスでは、近々にミニ展示会をやる予定！

I am in our office in Germany.
From Tokyo, where the maximum temperature is 36 ℃ to the city of 19℃。

Our office in Germany is located at Dusseldorf.
The station is right in front of the window of the office, so when a tram passes by, my eyes meet someone in the tram 😋.

From the station platform, you can also see the bande dessinée book “MOBY DICK" (company’s name) and Cacapo in the window of the office.

The building where the office is located used to be an old factory and has a brick wall with the relief of letters "1917" and a gun turret. Perhaps it used to be an arsenal.

The German office is planning to have a small exhibition soon!
More details will be announced later!

We didn't announce it on SNS, but we held an architecture workshop using #cacapo at Tokyo on March 25!
The workshop was fully booked as soon as we started accepting applications, so thank you very much for your warm welcome on the day of the workshop 😁.
The theme of this year's workshop was tall buildings, and we were very happy if the workshop provided an opportunity to think about architecture and design, with architectural lectures such as "Tall Tower Architecture in the World", "Why Tall Buildings Do Not Fall Down", "The Secret of Triangle", and so on.
Thank you very much to everyone at Kanamachi Platte. 🙇‍♂️

応募を開始してからすぐに満席になり、当日も暖かく迎えて頂き本当にありがとうございました😁
今回のテーマは高い建物という事で「世界の高いタワー建築」「なぜ高い建物は倒れないのか」「三角形の秘密」など建築的なレクチャーもありながら、建築やデザインを考えるきっかけになればとっても嬉しいです。

I went to an educational trade fair in Germany called #didacta. This time, I went with a backpack made of #cacapo. I became a popular (and suspicious) person. Because of that, I was photographed by many people. Thank you very much.

Going to trade fairs like this one, I can better understand the characteristics and trends of toys and education in Germany. In many ways, it was a very fruitful business trip.

didacta というドイツの教育見本市に行ってきました。今回はカカポで作ったリュックサックと一緒です。無事人気者( 不審者 )になりました。そのおかげか、色んな人に写真を撮ってもらいました。皆さんありがとうございました。

今回のようなメッセに行くとドイツの玩具と教育の特徴、傾向がよくわかるようになります。色んな意味で大変実りのある出張となりました。

It was hard but it is a good opportunity to share the idea and had fun for us! Looked forward to the opening.

Spielwarenmesse has come to a successful conclusion!

Cacapo participated in the world's largest international toy fair, Spielwarenmesse, which took place from 1 - 5 Feb😋.

In five days we spoke to people from more than 30 countries.
I've never spoken to so many people from so many different countries before!
I was surprised by the number of visitors, but also by the diversity!!

The venue, Nurnberg, is a beautiful city with medieval buildings and walls.
I hope to take time to visit the city next time.

2月1日～5日に開催された世界最大の国際玩具見本市#Spielwarenmess2023 にカカポは参加しました😋。

5日間で30カ国以上の方とお話しました。
こんなにたくさんの国の方と短期間で話したのは初めてです!
来場者の多さにも、その多様さにも驚きました！

会場となった　#ニュルンベルグは、中世の建物や城壁が残る美しい街です。
次回はゆっくり時間をとって、この街を訪れたいと思います。

The first architecture class in university was to measure your body, from height to finger joints, as much as you can.
We used numbers to understand my body size relatively. It shows how difficult to understand how big your body is.
If the relative way is the only way to understand how big your body size is, architectural play is super important for children.

建築学科で初めて学んだのは自分の体の大きさを測る授業でした。身長だけでなく、足の長さや指の関節まで、なるべく細かくはかりました。数字を使って自分の体を相対的に理解しました。そこまでしないと、自分の体の大きさは理解できないのです。

自分の体の大きさは相対的に理解する事しかできないのであれば、建築遊びは子どもの成長のためには必要な事だと思うんです。

日曜日には設営なので、今日と明日で形にしないと。今日は今日とてバタバタとしていますが、無理せず頑張っていこうと思います。

さて、先日までの紹介したtype1~3ですが、小屋ワークショップとしても活用できます。自分で作った空間の中で過ごす体験は、子どもにとって貴重な体験になります。身体感覚をフルに使いながら行うワークショップは弊社の人気企画の1つです。

やっとブースのデザインが見えてきました。展示会は自分達が考えた事が形になるのが楽しい反面、小さい誤差だと思ってた認識の違いが、大きくなって現れたりと、共有が難しい部分もあります。

さて、今日はType3の紹介です。
子どもが何人か入って楽しめるため、秘密基地になり、溜まり場になり、隠れ家になり、趣味に没頭する空間にもなります。各幼稚園や保育園の色がデコレーションに出ますね！

今日はType1の話です。"空間を作ろう"シリーズの中で一番小さいタイプです。大きさは半畳程度ですが、子どもや大人も1人なら十分な大きさです。

作るのが楽しいのはもちろんですが、作った後に自分の家にデコレーションしていくのがとても楽しい！

ということでジャックオーランタンをカカポで作ってみました。そのまま作るのは難しかったので、今回は影を使ってみました。
うーん、なかなかシュールなものになってしまいました。どこかちびまる子ちゃんの長澤くんのようにも見える。。。笑
